Schedule of Fees
Vergennes Grand Senior Living is a rental assisted living community. There are no buy-in or entrance fees. A refundable $1,000 Reservation Deposit will hold an apartment for up to thirty (30) days or may be used as a Wait List Deposit. Upon move-in, this deposit will be credited towards your one-time Community Fee.
The monthly fee covers all basic living expenses, utilities, daily meals, housekeeping, scheduled transportation, activities and the use of all common area amenities. In addition, Level 1 personal care services are included consistent with your program selection. In Assisted Living, enjoy 45 daily minutes of 1:1 personal services, and in Memory Care, 90 daily minutes of 1:1 personal care—all seamlessly integrated into the rates listed below.

Vergennes Grand's Independent Living Program offers active seniors a vibrant, maintenance-free lifestyle in the heart of downtown Vergennes. With shops, restaurants, and services just steps away, you'll enjoy convenient community access. Chef-prepared meals, housekeeping, scheduled transportation, and a variety of social activities are all included, along with utilities and building maintenance, making life both convenient and carefree.

Vergennes Grand's Assisted Living Program provides a supportive yet vibrant lifestyle for seniors who value their independence but may need help with daily tasks. Residents enjoy three daily meals, weekly housekeeping and laundry, 45 minutes of personal care, and medication management. With pharmacy delivery, scheduled local transportation, and a variety of social activities, all utilities are included, ensuring a comfortable, worry-free experience.

Vergennes Grand's Corbel memory Care Program is inspired by the historic corbels, offering the support residents and families need. Our program creates a dignified environment for those with Alzheimer's and dementia. Our purpose-built neighborhood allows safe navigation with access to dining, living spaces, and a secure garden. Through habilitation therapy and structured activities, we help residents maintain independence and foster positive emotions.

IERC rates are determined by the Vermont Department of Disabilities, Aging and Independent Living (DAIL) policy.
Choices for Care (ERC) is a Medicaid waiver program by the the Vermont Department of Disabilities, Aging and Independent Living (DAIL), providing home care for seniors at senior living communities. To apply for this programs, residents must meet the program's medical and financial criteria and be eligible for Vergennes Grand's assisted living or memory care programs, ensuring personalized support and care.
