How to Become a Resident

Contact our team at (802) 877-3562 to arrange for an appointment and a tour.

Obtain a Priority Number by completing the Waitlist Deposit Agreement, Application for residency, and submitting a fully refundable deposit of $1,000. At this time you may select your 1st and 2nd choice apartments, and a tentative move-in date.

Complete the Application for Residency packet, including Financial and Medical Information forms.

​​

Complete and submit the Release for Medical Information form to your physician(s).

​​

Follow up with your physician(s) to be sure the Medical Information form is completed and returned to Vergennes Grand.

Schedule an appointment for a medical assessment with our Health Services Director.

Review our Residency Agreement and Resident Handbook and write down any questions you may have.

Upon financial and medical approval, set up an appointment with the Director of Operations to sign Residency Agreements. At this time be prepared to provide the security deposit and first month’s rent and also confirm your move in date.
